1. Cost for postage varies depending on the size of the item and country. Normally Royal mail deliver from 3-5 working days in the U.K longer if you are outside the U.K.
2. We can not guarantee delivery times and do not have a next day delivery service.
3. If your package arrives damaged in any way please refuse to sign for it, give it back to the postman So it will be returned to us and we can rectify the problem.
4. You have read the terms of delivery service available on our website and do not hold gelisy responsible, for delays is delivery time periods or condition to which could be the fault of a third party delivery service
5. If you item arrives and you did not take delivery of it you must re-arrange delivery with the post office, failure to do so will result in the goods being sent back to us and the buyer will be responsible to pay for the items to be delivered again.
Cancellation of your order
If you want to return your order for any reason you can send it back to us for a refund within 7 working days of your purchase. Send the skin care or nutritional supplements products back in original package and not opened.
Any product returned UNOPENED we will happily refund you your money.
The cost of posting any products back to us is the responsibility of the buyer
Damaged Goods by the Post
If your package arrives damaged in any way please refuse to sign for it, Signing for registered items accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. Always refuse damaged or leaking parcels. give it back to the postman So it will be returned to us (at no expense to you) immediately and we can rectify the problem.
If you open your parcel and then discover it is damaged please email us to let us know and we will authorise a return. Sent it back to us immediately after you receive authorization from us so we can receive the damaged product back have inspected it and send you a replacement. Buyer is responsible for sending back faulty items to us.
We will not mend or replace customer damaged goods.
You must contact us by email before sending back faulty products.
we receive the product back and it has been inspected and not broken by the

Buyer responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely for all returns.
We highly recommend that customers use an insured carrier to return the product i.e. Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
Refunds will be made after return of the product using the same medium as used for the purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by an explanation/reason for return.
International customers from outside the U.K will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added. There are no duties, taxes or extra charges for orders shipped to U.K.
